JOB SUMMARY

• Answering Heavy Customer Call Volume (call center atmosphere)
• Scheduling Inspections & Service
• Routing Technicians
• Order Entry Of New Customers
• Processing Payments
• Reporting
• Responding To Customer Emails/Inquiries
• Other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

• High character, be willing to do the right thing
• Dedicated to customer service excellence
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Extensive knowledge of the area logistics and routing
• Effective communication skills and strong attention to detail
