Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. This role involves providing effective pest management solutions to residential clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pest control methods, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to perform inspections, identify pest issues, and apply treatments effectively and safely.Duties<ul><li>Apply pesticides and other pest control products in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.</li><li>Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed for pest control tasks.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans and preventive measures to clients.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of services performed, including products used and areas treated.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, pest control techniques, and safety protocols.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required.</li><li>Familiarity with landscape maintenance, lawn care, and farm operations is a plus.</li><li>Strong sales skills to effectively communicate the benefits of services offered.</li><li>Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.</li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.</li><li>Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.</li></ul>Join us in providing top-notch pest management services while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients!Job Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Fuel card</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Driving: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
