About the RoleWe&rsquo;re looking for a creative, organized, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a part-time Marketing, Social Media, &amp; Website Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves storytelling through digital platforms, and enjoys wearing multiple hats.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Social Media Management</li><li>Develop and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik Tok etc.).</li><li>Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow our online community.</li><li>Track analytics and adjust strategies based on performance.</li><li>Website Maintenance</li><li>Update website content regularly (e.g., blog posts, events, team bios, service pages etc.).</li><li>Ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and up to date.</li><li>Work with business owners to trouble-shoot website issues.</li><li>Collaborate with web developers or use CMS tools (e.g., Locable, WordPress).</li><li>Marketing Support</li><li>Assist in creating email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.</li><li>Support branding consistency across all digital and print assets.</li><li>Help coordinate marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internships count!).</li><li>Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).</li><li>Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., Locable, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace).</li><li>Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.</li><li>Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite a plus).</li><li>Self-starter with excellent time management and communication skills.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, or paid social media ads</li><li>Photography or video editing skills</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Compensation<ul><li>Flexible hours (15&ndash;20 hours/week)</li><li>Occasional evening/weekend availability required</li><li>Hybrid work options available</li><li>Compensation based on experience ($20-$24/hr.)</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 &ndash; 20 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: Hybrid remote in Ellicott City, MD 21043
