Marketing & Website Coordinator

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a part-time Marketing, Social Media, & Website Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves storytelling through digital platforms, and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management
• Develop and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik Tok etc.).
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow our online community.
• Track analytics and adjust strategies based on performance.
• Website Maintenance
• Update website content regularly (e.g., blog posts, events, team bios, service pages etc.).
• Ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and up to date.
• Work with business owners to trouble-shoot website issues.
• Collaborate with web developers or use CMS tools (e.g., Locable, WordPress).
• Marketing Support
• Assist in creating email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Support branding consistency across all digital and print assets.
• Help coordinate marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internships count!).
• Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).
• Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., Locable, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace).
• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite a plus).
• Self-starter with excellent time management and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, or paid social media ads
• Photography or video editing skills

Schedule & Compensation

• Flexible hours (15–20 hours/week)
• Occasional evening/weekend availability required
• Hybrid work options available
• Compensation based on experience ($20-$24/hr.)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
