Position: Architectural Draftsman (Interior / Custom Furniture Focus) Location: Al Quoz Dubai &ndash; Office Based Studio: High-end residential &amp; hospitality interior designRole SummaryWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman for our premium luxury interior fit-out client, with strong experience in luxury interior fit-out and custom furniture detailing.The selected candidate will work closely with the Creative Director and Architect to produce accurate, execution-ready technical drawings. The role requires precision, speed, and a deep understanding of custom furniture production and site coordination.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare detailed joinery and shop drawings for custom furniture pieces</li><li>Develop layouts for wardrobes, kitchens, vanity units, wall paneling, custom doors, and feature walls</li><li>Prepare Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP), flooring, marble layouts, wall elevations, and sections</li><li>Revise and update drawings quickly based on design changes or site feedback</li><li>Coordinate with MEP and structural teams for accurate site implementation</li><li>Verify site measurements and ensure production-ready drawings for the factory</li><li>Maintain consistency with hardware coordination, veneer direction, shadow gaps, and joinery alignment.</li></ul>Required Experience<ul><li>Minimum 3+ years UAE experience in interior fit-out</li><li>Experience in luxury villas/high-end residential projects</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing technical drawings (not just renders)</li><li>Immediate joining required</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>ArchiCAD &ndash; proficiency required</li><li>AutoCAD &ndash; advanced level mandatory</li><li>Ability to work within BIM workflows</li><li>Strong understanding of custom furniture production detailing</li><li>Hardware coordination (hinges, sliders, mechanisms)</li><li>Marble slab layouts, door/skirting alignment, and ceiling/joinery coordination</li></ul>Personal Attributes<ul><li>Fast, responsive, and detail-oriented</li><li>Able to handle rapid design changes under pressure</li><li>Strong coordination skills with multi-disciplinary teams</li><li>Fully office-based and immediately available during working hours</li></ul>Application RequirementsCandidates must submit:<ul><li>Portfolio including technical drawings</li><li>Shop drawings of custom furniture</li><li>RCP and detailed section examples</li><li>Proof of UAE interior execution experience</li></ul>Benefits &amp; Joining<ul><li>Salary: 5,000 &ndash; 7,000 AED (depending on experience and technical strength)</li><li>Visa sponsorship</li><li>Medical insurance</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li><li>Opportunities for professional learning and skill development</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li> ArchiCAD: 2 years (Required)</li><li>AutoCAD: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
