Job Summary: The Human Resource Manager will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies and activities of the companies and manage the staff of the human resources department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.Job ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with senior management to understand the organization's goals, values, and strategies related to staffing, recruiting, and retentionCreate and implement strategies to integrate the companies culture and mission as defined by ownership to all lines of businessPlan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needsAdminister or oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and moraleCoordinate with General Managers and Operations to identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent managementStandardize metrics of organizational trends and conduct research and analysis to ensure metrics are met or exceededMonitor and ensure the companies compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review and modify policies and practices to maintain complianceMaintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; apply this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to senior managementFacilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff as neededOther duties as assigned by managementQualificationsBachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields or equivalent experience requiredMinimum of five years&rsquo; experience in Human Resources management or management track role preferredProfessional certification in Human Resources or the ability to obtain certification with 12 months of hire requiredExhibit effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentWorking ConditionsPrimarily office environment with occasional exposure to noise and dustOccasional plant environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust and varying weather conditionsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerAbility to walk, stand, and climb stairs, with occasional lifting up to 15 poundsPay: $105,000.00 - $130,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
