Job Summary The Human Resource Generalist supports a wide range of HR functions across the organization and serves as a key resource for employees and management. Responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance support, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.</li><li>Administer employee orientation programs and conduct regular employee evaluations to support performance management initiatives.</li><li>Manage benefits administration, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and other employee benefits programs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with employment &amp; labor law, and OSHA standards.</li><li>Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management strategies and foster a positive work environment.</li><li>Support change management initiatives.</li><li>Administer training &amp; development programs to promote continuous learning and professional growth among staff.</li><li>Conduct payroll processing using Paylocity system. l</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Extensive knowledge of employment &amp; labor law compliance.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for collaborating across departments and managing employee relations.</li><li>Ability to manage benefits administration processes and payroll systems efficiently.</li><li>Skilled in conflict management, change management strategies, and performance management frameworks.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment</li><li>SHRM-CP or SPHR certification preferred</li><li>Experience with Paylocity a plus</li></ul>Equal Opportunity StatementElplast America is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
