 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 
 
 
 To lead and develop the company&rsquo;s export operations by opening new international markets and driving sustainable growth in high-purchasing-power markets through building strong distributor networks and expanding international sales.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identifies new export opportunities and markets to expand the customer base and increase international sales
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluates and selects potential distributors and agents to ensure strong and capable market partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiates with international distributors and clients to secure commercially favorable and profitable agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Develops market entry strategies for each target market to ensure successful and sustainable product launches
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages relationships with international partners to drive loyalty and continuous sales growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinates with production and logistics teams to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures compliance with import regulations and market requirements to avoid legal or operational disruptions
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyzes export market performance to identify improvement opportunities and maximize profitability
 </li>
 <li>
 Participates in international trade shows and events to build networks and open new sales channels
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5&ndash;8 years in export or international business development (FMCG)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to open new markets and drive sales growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing international distributors in premium markets
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of premium pricing and differentiation strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of market entry requirements in Europe, USA, and similar markets
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in food products, preferably cold chain
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent English with strong communication and negotiation skills
 </li>
 </ul>
