Job Purpose

To lead and develop the company’s export operations by opening new international markets and driving sustainable growth in high-purchasing-power markets through building strong distributor networks and expanding international sales.

Key Responsibilities

Identifies new export opportunities and markets to expand the customer base and increase international sales
Evaluates and selects potential distributors and agents to ensure strong and capable market partners
Negotiates with international distributors and clients to secure commercially favorable and profitable agreements
Develops market entry strategies for each target market to ensure successful and sustainable product launches
Manages relationships with international partners to drive loyalty and continuous sales growth
Coordinates with production and logistics teams to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment
Ensures compliance with import regulations and market requirements to avoid legal or operational disruptions
Analyzes export market performance to identify improvement opportunities and maximize profitability
Participates in international trade shows and events to build networks and open new sales channels

Qualifications
