You'll receive product images, product codes, and pricing &mdash; and your job is to turn that raw data into polished, compliant, high-converting listings uploaded directly into Vendor Central.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Write optimized product titles, 5-bullet feature sections, and product descriptions for food items</li><li>Upload and manage listings directly in Amazon Vendor Central</li><li>Ensure all content meets Amazon's food category guidelines and compliance requirements</li><li>Integrate relevant keywords naturally for search visibility without keyword stuffing</li><li>Maintain consistent tone, accuracy, and quality across a high-volume catalog</li><li>Flag missing product data, image issues, or compliance concerns proactively</li><li>Communicate clearly and daily with the team during Eastern Time hours</li></ul>Core KPI: 30 approved listings per weekAmazon Vendor Central experience &mdash; You must have hands-on experience uploading and managing listings in Vendor Central. Seller Central alone is not sufficient.Basic SEO knowledge &mdash; You understand how to research and integrate keywords into titles, bullets, and descriptions to improve search ranking and visibility.Excellent written English &mdash; Near-native fluency. We are hiring an experienced Amazon Listing Specialist to take full ownership of our product listing lifecycle &mdash; from research and viability analysis through to launch and post-launch optimization.This is a specialist role, not a general VA position.
