Job Title: Amazon Listing SpecialistJob Type: Full-Time | RemoteWorking Hours: 9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday)KPI: 10 Child SKUs Listed Per Week---ABOUT THE ROLEWe are a growing e-commerce company selling across multiple Amazon categories including kitchen, lighting, and sporting goods. We are hiring an experienced Amazon Listing Specialist to take full ownership of our product listing lifecycle &mdash; from research and viability analysis through to launch and post-launch optimization.This is a specialist role, not a general VA position. We have a clear weekly target and we need someone who can hit it consistently and independently.---KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Research vendor catalogs and identify high-potential products using Helium 10</li><li>Calculate Amazon fees and assess profit margins to determine product viability</li><li>Build fully optimized listings: titles, bullet points, backend keywords, variations, and bundles</li><li>Brief and coordinate with our images, purchasing, logistics, and PPC teams</li><li>Execute end-to-end listing launches via Amazon Seller Central</li><li>Monitor post-launch performance and continuously optimize for ranking and conversions</li><li>Maintain accurate data tracking and reporting in Microsoft Excel</li></ul>---REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Proven hands-on Amazon marketplace experience (FBA / wholesale preferred)</li><li>Proficient with Helium 10, Amazon Seller Central, and Microsoft Excel</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail</li><li>Self-sufficient and able to meet consistent weekly output targets</li><li>Must be available to work EST hours (9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English</li></ul>---WHAT WE OFFER<ul><li>Stable, long-term full-time remote position</li><li>Full onboarding and training on our internal tools and workflows</li><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Real ownership with measurable impact on business growth</li></ul>---HOW TO APPLYWe receive a high volume of applications.
