ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a growing e-commerce company selling across multiple Amazon categories including kitchen, lighting, and sporting goods. We are hiring an experienced Amazon Listing Specialist to take full ownership of our product listing lifecycle — from research and viability analysis through to launch and post-launch optimization.

This is a specialist role, not a general VA position. We have a clear weekly target and we need someone who can hit it consistently and independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research vendor catalogs and identify high-potential products using Helium 10
• Calculate Amazon fees and assess profit margins to determine product viability
• Build fully optimized listings: titles, bullet points, backend keywords, variations, and bundles
• Brief and coordinate with our images, purchasing, logistics, and PPC teams
• Execute end-to-end listing launches via Amazon Seller Central
• Monitor post-launch performance and continuously optimize for ranking and conversions
• Maintain accurate data tracking and reporting in Microsoft Excel

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven hands-on Amazon marketplace experience (FBA / wholesale preferred)
• Proficient with Helium 10, Amazon Seller Central, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Self-sufficient and able to meet consistent weekly output targets
• Must be available to work EST hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
• Excellent written and spoken English
