Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope. If you believe you are self-starter, capable of delivering projects &amp; show amazing attention to detail, let&rsquo;s meet.Your responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordination with Architects and consultants for drawings and details</li><li>Estimate Quantities and cost of materials, equipment or labour to determine project feasibility</li><li>Tracking project deliverable using appropriate tools like MS Project and/or MS excel/Google sheet etc..</li><li>Scheduling of projects (Right from the scratch till handing over)</li><li>Have good working knowledge of current materials and their prices</li><li>Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements(BILL OF QUANTITIES)</li><li>Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.</li><li>Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.</li><li>Advising managers on improvements and new strategies.</li><li>Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.</li><li>Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.</li><li>Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinating with procurement department. Preparation of comparative statement, documents like PO, WO, variance statements, etc.</li><li>Taking care of quality of construction. Advising the project manager as and when required.</li><li>Monthly MIS reporting, weekly and monthly, Preparing Daily Progress Report (DPR).</li><li>Billings &ndash; Scrutinizing, verification and certification</li></ul>Skill sets/Experience we require:<ul><li>3+ years of proven experience in construction with supervisory or project oversight experience preferred.</li><li>Sound understanding of home construction processes, work sequence, scheduling, and building codes.</li><li>Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical plans, scopes of work, community features.</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft office (outlook, Word, Excel), Project tracking tools (MS Project, Project Libre)</li><li>Problem and conflict resolution skills, ability to prioritize work tasks, and teamwork and customer satisfaction orientation is required.</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, contractors and customers.</li><li>Professional approach to time, costs &amp; deadlines</li><li>Working knowledge of MIVAN Shuttering and handling the project from starting to finishing is a plus</li></ul>Pedigree:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field from an accredited university</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;350,000.00 - &#8377;500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 3 years (Required)</li><li>MIVAN: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
