Legal Executive

Job description

· Scrutiny of Land Records and preparing Legal Opinion of various Projects.

· Maintaining Legal Documents of all the Projects.

· Solving Legal queries of Customers.

· Drafting of Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, Joint Development Agreement, General power of Attorney, Construction Agreements, Notices, Declarations and all other agreements relating to the Land or Projects, NDA and all types conveyance.

· Attending Court whenever required, Co-ordinate with the panel advocates, updating the legal stages, Briefing the management.

· Liaoning of Legal Documents (applying of documents from various departments like Sub Registrar, Taluk Offices, DC office etc.). whenever required by the management.

· Handling registration Process.

· All kind of Litigation and Non-Litigation works as per company’s requirement.

· Handling Indoor and Outdoor both the works as per the requirement.

· Co-ordinating with various bank for project approvals.

· Verifying various legal documents apart from land document scrutiny.

· Mandatory kannada reading and writing.

General Requirements:

· Follow the morals and work ethics.

· Follow the Company policies, procedures, rules and regulations.

· Adhering to their respective roles and responsibilities.

· Thorough knowledge on land related laws.

· Maintain company confidentiality.

Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree in law.

· Minimum 4 plus years of experience in the real estate industry are preferred.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office, word, PowerPoint, Westlaw, typing skill must be good researcher in legal field.
