Job descriptionAs a Pharmacy Technician at our retail pharmacy, you will provide excellent customer service while preparing prescriptions accurately. Pay rate will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.Our hours of operation are M-F 8AM-6PM and Sat 8AM-1PM.Other duties include:<ul><li>Engaging with customers in person and over the phone</li><li>Creating and maintaining customer relationships</li><li>Preparing medications in an accurate and timely manner</li><li>Receiving and processing orders from vendors</li><li>Performing point of sale tasks</li><li>Collaborating with others to meet pharmacy goals and needs</li><li>Ensuring all regulatory standards are met</li><li>Other duties as needed</li><li>Works every third Saturday</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Excellent customer service skills required</li><li>Previous pharmacy experience preferred</li><li>Problem solving ability</li><li>Computer skills - Pioneer experience preferred</li><li>Great attention to detail</li><li>Understanding of medical terminology</li><li>Exemplary attendance record</li><li>Ability to multi-task</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to work well with a team</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $10.00 - $25.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Pharmacy technician: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Bowling Green, KY 42104 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
