Our team blends storytelling, social impact, and high-quality production to create compelling content that inspires millions.We are growing fast and are looking for a reliable, creative, and technically skilled content creator to join our production team.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Social Media Manager &amp; Content Creator who can film, edit, and publish content across our platforms while supporting the production of The Rebuild.This role is ideal for a creator with strong storytelling instincts and hands-on shooting/editing experience who wants to be part of something meaningful, fast-paced, and community-focused.ResponsibilitiesContent Creation &amp; Production<ul><li>Film behind-the-scenes content, family interviews, b-roll, and episodic moments</li><li>Capture high-quality footage using your own camera gear</li><li>(Preferred) Fly a drone for on-site aerial footage</li><li>Edit videos for social, YouTube, IG Reels, TikTok, Facebook, etc.</li><li>Shoot b-roll for episodes and social promos</li><li>Support episode release rollout (trailers, clips, teasers)</li><li>Content Creation for multiple projects</li></ul>Social Media Management<ul><li>Manage posting schedule across multiple platforms</li><li>Write captions, tags, and high-engagement hooks</li><li>Maintain consistent brand look, tone, and quality</li><li>Drive audience engagement (comments, responses, messaging)</li><li>Track content performance and report weekly insights</li><li>Collaborate with leadership on strategy &amp; content ideas</li></ul>On-Site Workflow &amp; Support<ul><li>Attend filming days as needed</li><li>Document interactions and key moments during rebuild projects</li><li>Maintain an organized asset library (video, photos, raw files)</li><li>Assist with production tasks when needed</li><li>Create engaging and viral level content, owning the entire life cycle</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Strong filming experience with your own camera (mirrorless or cinema-style preferred)</li><li>Video editing proficiency (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, etc.)</li><li>Proven experience in content creation or social media growth</li><li>Strong storytelling ability (you understand pacing, framing, emotion)</li><li>High reliability &amp; consistency ...
