You&rsquo;ll be part of a pioneering team shaping a new model of care, providing innovative, less invasive treatment options that make a lasting difference for patients.Position OverviewWe are seeking a high-performing Clinic Manager with clinical training to join our tight-knit, entrepreneurial team performing outpatient uterine artery embolization (UAE) procedures in collaboration with OB/GYN practices. This role combines leadership and clinical responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, patient focused environment.Our team is united by three shared goals:<ul><li>Delivering excellent patient care and experience</li><li>Performing exceptionally efficient/fast procedures</li><li>Driving continual improvement in everything we do</li></ul>The Clinic manager will oversee administrative operations on non-procedure days and provide both clinical and administrative work on procedure days.ResponsibilitiesThis role is multifaceted. You will:<ul><li>Serve as the primary manager for the procedure facility: oversee schedules, staff coordination, equipment supply management, general readiness for procedure days</li><li>Provide pre-op, postop and administrative support during procedure days (e.g., patient check-in and check-out)</li><li>Crosstrain across multiple roles including pre-op, post-op, reception, surgical tech, procedure room circulator</li><li>Ensure smooth workflow, continuous improvement, and team collaboration in a fast-paced outpatient setting</li></ul>Case Detail <ul><li>Outpatient procedures performed in an office setting</li><li>Minimally invasive procedures on sedated patients with fluoro imaging</li><li>Patient flow includes pre-op checks, 1&ndash;2-hour procedure, and ~30 minutes in post-op recovery</li><li>Expect 4-6 cases per procedure day</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>CMA or Licensed RN (or similar clinical training) highly preferred</li><li>Experience working in a procedural or outpatient surgical setting</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage people, schedules, and workflows</li><li>Comfort in a dynamic setting with responsibility for varied tasks: charting, vitals, patient communication, opening sterile supply handling, and procedure room support</li><li>Strong sense of ownership and adaptability and a willingness to take initiative and pitch in wherever needed</li></ul>Who you areYou are someone who:<ul><li>Thrives at the intersection of clinical care and leadership</li><li>Takes pride in building efficient systems that improve patient experience</li><li>Enjoys being part of a small, collaborative team where flexibility is key</li><li>Brings a problem-solving mindset and a calm, supportive presence for patients and staff alike</li><li>Is motivated by the opportunity to shape a first-of-its-kind clinic in women&rsquo;s health</li></ul>Schedule and Work-Life Balance<ul><li>Full-Time; 40 hours per week</li><li>2-5 procedure days per month</li><li>Scheduled work hours:</li><li>Procedure Days: 7:00am-5:00pm</li><li>Non-Procedure Days: 8:00am-4:00pm</li><li>No Call!
