Position Summary 
 
To continue scaling our reach, we&rsquo;re seeking an experienced and performance-focused SEM / Paid Search Specialist to own and optimize our digital advertising strategy across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of SEM and paid media campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook/ Instagram, and more</li><li>
Plan, launch, and scale high-impact performance marketing campaigns that drive awareness, leads, and conversion across target audiences (B2B + DTC)</li><li>
Own keyword strategy, ad copy creation, A/B testing, bid adjustments, budget pacing, and audience segmentation</li><li>
Monitor and report on core digital advertising KPIs, including CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS, and LTV, delivering insights and recommendations</li><li>
Implement and manage robust conversion tracking strategies using Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and other platform-specific tools</li><li>
Collaborate with analytics and web teams to ensure accurate tracking, clean attribution, and deep funnel analysis via Google Analytics 4 (GA4)</li><li>
Stay current on evolving ad policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends to keep eMed on the cutting edge of paid search and social</li></ul> 

Qualifications<ul><li>
Hands-on experience managing high-budget, multi-channel digital ad campaigns</li><li>
Proven expertise with:<ul><li>
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)</li><li>
LinkedIn Ads</li><li>
Facebook/Instagram via Business Manager</li><li>
TikTok Ads</li></ul></li><li>
Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword strategy, and content alignment to support paid + organic synergy</li><li>
Deep experience with conversion tracking tools, UTM strategies, Google Tag Manager, and cross-channel attribution</li><li>
Advanced understanding of performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, LTV, bounce rate, etc.) and ability to turn insights into action</li><li>
Strong command of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and custom reporting tools</li><li>
Excellent copywriting, creative briefing, and testing capabilities</li><li>
Highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment</li><li>
Bonus: experience in healthcare, telehealth, or wellness sectors</li></ul>

<div>Job Summary 
The Graphic Designer will be the in-house go-to graphic designer and digital/multimedia producer. This position will apply art, design, and copy layout skills to create visually engaging concepts such as logos, promotional and branding materials, communication media, and other print and digital materials. Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>
Collaborates with client, editorial staff, manager, art director, and/or other project participants to understand project assignment, audience, and intended message.</li><li>
Creates original visual media that communicates the desired feeling or message in an engaging and unified way.</li><li>
Designs visually compelling presentation decks for internal and external use.</li><li>
Chooses graphics, clip art, and stock photography, as appropriate; may enhance choices with simple drawings.</li><li>
Selects fonts for written copy; produces sample layout for approval by client or other project participants.</li><li>
Prepares drafts of design work and provides samples to editorial or other appropriate staff or departments for review.</li><li>
Revises projects as necessary based on collaborative feedback process.</li><li>
Consults with graphics manager, art director, and/or other team members as needed on complex or specialized projects.</li><li>
Prepares print orders and assembly instructions on notification of final approval.</li><li>
Maintains records of billable project time as required.</li><li>
Performs other related duties as assigned.</li><li>

Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Abilities<ul><li>
Impeccable time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and multitask.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul><ul><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and design software and technologies such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma, Sketch, and other graphic design and video editing software.</li><li>
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and digital.</li><li>
Understanding of all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.</li></ul><ul><li>
Organized with attention to detail.</li><li>
Ability to work independently on an assignment.</li><li>
Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.</li></ul> 

Qualifications<ul><li>
Degree in Graphic Arts, Design, Multimedia, or related fields is preferred.</li><li>
4-7 years graphic design and multimedia experience, preferably with CPG design and digital marketing.</li></ul>
