If so, this is your opportunity to help deliver the effortless, customer-focused experience that Re-Bath is known for.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and assist all visitors in a warm, professional, and friendly manner.</li><li>Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with exceptional phone etiquette.</li><li>Qualify leads and schedule in-home consultations for our Design Consultants.</li><li>Accurately input customer data into our CRM (Salesforce) and ensure all records are up to date.</li><li>Manage and coordinate staff calendars, including scheduling installation appointments and handling any necessary rescheduling.</li><li>Provide customer support in the showroom and assist with general inquiries.</li><li>Assist Finance Manager with maintaining a organized filing systems for digital/ physical records.</li><li>Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.</li><li>Support general office operations and administrative duties as needed.</li><li>Clean and maintain the Showroom and shared spaces.</li><li>Learn and apply Re-Bath&rsquo;s proven sales system, tools, and training resources.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of customer service or front office experience.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and outstanding time management.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).</li><li>Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software preferred.</li><li>Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable.</li><li>Friendly, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering top-tier customer service.</li><li>High school diploma or GED required.</li></ul>Be part of a company where your role truly matters &mdash; and where your team feels like family.Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Panama City Beach, FL 32413 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Panama City Beach, FL 32413: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
