Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

At Re-Bath, the Lead Setter plays a vital role as the first point of contact for our customers. Whether it's answering a call or greeting a guest in the showroom, your voice and attitude set the tone for the entire customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all visitors in a warm, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with exceptional phone etiquette.
  • Qualify leads and schedule in-home consultations for our Design Consultants.
  • Accurately input customer data into our CRM (Salesforce) and ensure all records are up to date.
  • Manage and coordinate staff calendars, including scheduling installation appointments and handling any necessary rescheduling.
  • Provide customer support in the showroom and assist with general inquiries.
  • Assist Finance Manager with maintaining a organized filing systems for digital/ physical records.
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
  • Support general office operations and administrative duties as needed.
  • Clean and maintain the Showroom and shared spaces.
  • Learn and apply Re-Bath’s proven sales system, tools, and training resources.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of customer service or front office experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software preferred.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering top-tier customer service.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
