Requirements<ul><li>Bilingual</li><li>Previous experience in call center</li><li>Knowledge about all procedures and regulations in mortgage banking industry.</li><li>Knowledge in digital platforms used in mortgage banking.</li><li>Excellent Interpersonal relationship</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication.</li><li>Ability to multitask.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Ability to work under minimal supervision.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Will perform the following functions: calls for past due loans, foreclosures and bankruptcy (if applicable).</li><li>Ensure that you comply with the personnel department guidelines and the quality standards of Equity Mortgage Inc.</li><li>Ensure compliance with the policies and procedures of Equity Mortgage Inc.</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations applicable to a collection operation.</li><li>Prepare and present the required management reports established for the effective control of the operation.</li><li>It will ensure that the service quality standards are met to meet customer needs.</li><li>Keep the portfolio frequency rate below industry standards.</li><li>Maintain an aggressive &ldquo;Loss Mitigation and Counseling&rdquo; program.</li><li>It will comply with the service contracts of the different investors.</li><li>Ensure that customer inquiries and complaints are resolved within a reasonable time.</li><li>Any other task required by the company.</li></ul>Work Conditions<ul><li>Typical office conditions.</li><li>Ability to remain seated for long periods and in front of a computer.</li><li>Overtime may be required to fulfill tasks and / or goals.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $13.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
