The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and publishing property listings across platforms like Property Finder, Bayut and others, while ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and manage listing documents and sales contracts.</li><li>Coordinate with agents to collect and verify accurate property information.</li><li>Publish and maintain listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and other real estate platforms.</li><li>Ensure legal compliance with RERA, DLD, and other relevant authorities.</li><li>Support the full transaction process, from listing to transfer stage.</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients, developers, and government bodies.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in a real estate listing or coordination role.</li><li>Familiarity with real estate platforms and CRM tools.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Dubai property laws and documentation.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li></ul>We offer:<ul><li>Visa and medical insurance.</li><li>Annual flight tickets allowance.</li><li>Quarterly team events.</li><li>Opportunity for career growth and skill development.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Real Estate Listings: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>
