Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Real Estate Agent to join our elite sales team. The role focuses on advising high-net-worth clients, handling premium residential and investment properties, and delivering a seamless, personalized buying and selling experience across Dubai’s luxury real estate market.

Please note: This is a commission-based role only.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and sell residential and investment properties across prime locations in Dubai
• Advise high-net-worth clients on acquisitions, sales, and portfolio optimization
• Conduct property viewings and deliver tailored, high-end client experiences
• Negotiate complex, high-value transactions and contracts
• Provide strategic market insights, pricing analysis, and investment guidance
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with UHNW and HNW clients
• Manage exclusive listings while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales with proven high-value transactions
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s luxury real estate market and property laws
• Client-focused mindset with exceptional relationship management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Valid UAE driving license and car
• Multilingual
• Preferably based in Dubai

Pay: Up to AED250,000.00 per month
