• Advise clients on residential and/or commercial property investments
• Conduct property viewings and deliver persuasive presentations
• Stay ahead of market trends, pricing movements, and new developments
• Negotiate and close high-value deals with confidence
• Develop long-term client relationships and repeat business
• Collaborate with developers, landlords, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
