The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, tender documentation, and project cost analysis for civil construction projects. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.</li><li>Analyze tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.</li><li>Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects.</li><li>Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.</li><li>Perform rate analysis for construction activities.</li><li>Prepare tender submissions, cost proposals, and bid documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and project teams during the bidding process.</li><li>Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and estimate project costs.</li><li>Review project drawings and identify discrepancies or missing information.</li><li>Maintain updated databases of material, labor, and equipment costs.</li><li>Assist in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.</li><li>Monitor project budgets and provide cost control support during execution.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of proven experience in civil estimation and tendering.</li><li>Experience in building, infrastructure, commercial, and industrial construction projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project execution.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
