Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, tender documentation, and project cost analysis for civil construction projects. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Analyze tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Perform rate analysis for construction activities.
• Prepare tender submissions, cost proposals, and bid documentation.
• Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and project teams during the bidding process.
• Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and estimate project costs.
• Review project drawings and identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Maintain updated databases of material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
• Monitor project budgets and provide cost control support during execution.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in civil estimation and tendering.
• Experience in building, infrastructure, commercial, and industrial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project execution.
