Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 8&ndash;10 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.</li><li>Strong experience in Infrastructure and Wet Utilities projects is mandatory.</li><li>Proven experience in sewerage networks, stormwater networks, water transmission/distribution pipelines, pumping stations, and related infrastructure works.</li><li>Exposure to building construction projects is preferred.</li><li>Proficient in the use of Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other modern surveying equipment.</li><li>Ability to interpret engineering drawings, coordinates, and survey data.</li><li>Strong knowledge of survey calculations, setting out works, as-built surveys, and quantity measurements.</li><li>UAE experience is highly preferred.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform survey works for infrastructure, wet utilities, and building construction projects.</li><li>Carry out setting out, leveling, alignment, and layout of project works.</li><li>Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and survey coordinates.</li><li>Prepare and maintain survey records, reports, and as-built drawings.</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.</li><li>Ensure survey activities are conducted accurately and in accordance with project specifications.</li><li>Monitor and verify completed works for compliance with approved drawings and levels.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>DO you have infrastructure and buildings experience in UAE?</li><li>Are you willing to work or relocate to Al Ain?</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Engineer with a strong background in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, sewerage, water networks, or civil works). The ideal candidate will manage procurement activities, vendor negotiation, material sourcing, and ensure timely delivery of project requirements in line with project specifications and company standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Review project specifications, BOQs, drawings, and material requirements.</li><li>Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, and evaluate supplier proposals.</li><li>Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers/subcontractors.</li><li>Develop and maintain approved vendor lists and supplier databases.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, planning, and cost control teams.</li><li>Ensure materials comply with project specifications and client standards.</li><li>Issue purchase orders and follow up on material delivery and logistics.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and maintain strong vendor relationships.</li><li>Prepare procurement reports, purchase logs, and tracking sheets.</li><li>Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and ISO standards.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5-6 years of experience in procurement for infrastructure / civil projects in UAE.</li><li>Strong knowledge of materials related to utilities, sewerage, water networks, and civil construction.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP ERP systems.</li><li>Strong understanding of vendor sourcing and cost analysis.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement priorities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED6,000.00 &ndash; AED8,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have minimum 5 years' experience in infrastructure (wet utilities) in UAE?</li><li>are you familiar with SAP?</li></ul>Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
