Land Surveyor

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Strong experience in Infrastructure and Wet Utilities projects is mandatory.
• Proven experience in sewerage networks, stormwater networks, water transmission/distribution pipelines, pumping stations, and related infrastructure works.
• Exposure to building construction projects is preferred.
• Proficient in the use of Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other modern surveying equipment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, coordinates, and survey data.
• Strong knowledge of survey calculations, setting out works, as-built surveys, and quantity measurements.
• UAE experience is highly preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform survey works for infrastructure, wet utilities, and building construction projects.
• Carry out setting out, leveling, alignment, and layout of project works.
• Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and survey coordinates.
• Prepare and maintain survey records, reports, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure survey activities are conducted accurately and in accordance with project specifications.
• Monitor and verify completed works for compliance with approved drawings and levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
