Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced BMS System Engineer with 4&ndash;5 years in installation, testing, and commissioning of Building Management Systems. The engineer will manage the operation, integration, and troubleshooting of building automation systems, ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with project specificationsKey Responsibilities:1. Install, configure, and commission BMS systems (HVAC, lighting, energy management, and other building automation).2. Conduct testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of BMS hardware and software.3. Monitor and optimize system performance, alarms, and control sequences.4. Prepare as-built documentation, system manuals, and handover reports.5. Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and ELV teams to ensure system integration.6. Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and project requirements.7. Provide guidance and support to technicians during installation and maintenance.Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering.</li><li>4&ndash;5 years&rsquo; hands-on experience with BMS systems installation and commissioning.</li><li>Knowledge of testing tools, commissioning procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.</li></ul>&middot; Proficiency with BMS software platforms (Johnson Controls).&middot; Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.<ul><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer &ndash; ELV with UPDA and QCDD approval to handle ELV system projects in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, coordination, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems in compliance with project requirements and authority regulations.Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise ELV system installation and project execution.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients for project progress.Ensure compliance with QCDD regulations and UPDA engineering standards.Handle testing, commissioning, and handover of ELV systems.Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.Coordinate with site teams for installation and troubleshooting.Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.Support authority inspections and approvals related to ELV systems.Systems Knowledge Required:Access Control SystemCCTV SystemFire Alarm &amp; Fire Fighting IntegrationPublic Address SystemStructured Cabling &amp; Network SystemsIntercom SystemGate Barrier / Security SystemsRequirements:Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Electrical / Electronics EngineeringUPDA Certified Engineer (Mandatory)QCDD Approval (Mandatory)Minimum 10+ years of ELV project experience in Qatar or GCCStrong knowledge of Qatar Authority regulations and project standardsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
