Job Description: Natural Vet PB Equine is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Veterinary Office Assistant to support daily operations and work closely with Dr. Carole Holland. This role combines medical office responsibilities with personal assistant duties in a fast-paced equine practice.Schedule:<ul><li>5 days per week (off-season)</li><li>6 days per week (in-season)</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide personal assistant support to Dr. Carole Holland</li><li>Communicate with clients professionally (phone, text, email, in-person)</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized office environment</li><li>Coordinate and manage lab work submissions</li><li>Run errands including post office trips and supply pickups</li><li>Track and maintain inventory and stock levels</li><li>Assist with general administrative and organizational tasks</li></ul>Requirements (Required):<ul><li>Prior medical office experience</li><li>Experience working with animals (equine experience preferred)</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment</li><li>Reliable transportation</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in a veterinary or equine setting</li><li>Familiarity with lab coordination and medical terminology</li></ul>Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: In person
