What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul>
<li>
Jump into action to resolve maintenance and vehicle concerns, ensuring safe, reliable operations every day.</li>
<li>Tackle everything from emergency vehicle repairs to routine facility upkeep, supporting the comfort and safety of those we serve.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with the Facilities Team&mdash;no two days are the same!</li>
<li>Coordinate with managers and departments, organize event setups, and keep our spaces looking their best&mdash;all while fostering relationships.</li>
<li>Keep thorough records, follow budgets, and maintain the standards that make Emory Valley Center a leader in our field.</li>
<li>Use your attention to detail to complete documentation, protect privacy, and ensure compliance at every step.</li>

Requirements<ul>
<li>
Experienced&mdash;at least two years of hands-on maintenance work, with a high school diploma (or equivalent) - certifications are a plus!</li>
<li>Reliable and safety-conscious, with a valid Tennessee driver&rsquo;s license and strong driving record.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, able to lift 50 lbs, with basic computer and repair skills.</li>
<li>A team player and a self-starter, thriving both on your own and with others across departments.</li>
<li>Respectful and compassionate, with an understanding of the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.</li>
<li>Eager to grow and make each day a little better for everyone around you.</li>
