Nurse Practitioner (NP) &ndash; Part-Time | WholesomeCo PharmacyEmpathetix Wellness is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to serve as our consistent, dedicated provider at our WholesomeCo partner location. This is an in-person, part-time role with a set weekly schedule.Schedule: Wednesday &amp; Thursday: 11:00 AM &ndash; 4:00 PM Friday: 1:00 PM &ndash; 6:00 PMWhat You'll DoMedical Cannabis (Primary Focus)<ul><li>Evaluate patients for medical cannabis eligibility and provide compliant recommendations</li><li>Educate patients on safe and effective use</li><li>Maintain accurate, compliant documentation</li></ul>Wellness Conversion<ul><li>Introduce cannabis patients to Empathetix wellness services including weight loss, hormone therapy, ketamine, and peptides</li><li>Conduct wellness intake consultations and gather patient history, and goals for provider review</li><li>Administer in-clinic treatments such as B12 injections</li><li>Transition patients to appropriate wellness providers for ongoing care</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Active, unrestricted NP license in Utah</li><li>Eligible for or currently holding Utah QMP certification</li><li>Comfortable performing injections or willing to learn quickly</li><li>Strong patient communication and education skills</li><li>Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment</li><li>Confidence guiding patients through care options</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience with medical cannabis evaluations</li><li>Background in wellness services (GLP-1, hormones, ketamine, peptides)</li><li>Experience reviewing labs and conducting consultations</li></ul>Required Licenses &amp; Certifications:<ul><li>Active NP license (required)</li><li>DEA License (required)</li><li>RMP certification or ability to obtain</li><li>Utah Controlled Substance License</li></ul>CompensationStarting at $57/hour.
