We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Marketing Manager for our mall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing mall promotions, and handling all social media platforms to increase footfall and brand visibility.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and execute marketing strategies for mall promotions &amp; events</li><li>Manage and grow mall&rsquo;s social media handles (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)</li><li>Create content ideas, captions, and coordinate with designers</li><li>Run digital marketing campaigns and promotions</li><li>Coordinate with brands/shops inside the mall for joint promotions</li><li>Monitor marketing performance and prepare basic reports</li><li>Handle on-ground marketing activities and events.</li></ul>Requirements:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing or related fieldProven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar roleStrong knowledge of social media marketingGood communication and coordination skillsCreative mindset with market trend awarenessMall or retail marketing experience will be a plusJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

PR &amp; Communications <ul><li>Assist in planning and executing PR activities for the mall, including events, campaigns, and collaborations.</li><li>Coordinate with PR agencies, media partners, influencers, and content creators for coverage and promotions.</li><li>Support in drafting basic PR content such as event briefs, press notes, captions, and internal communications.</li><li>Maintain records of PR coverage, influencer collaborations, and campaign reports.</li></ul>Events, Activations &amp; Promotions<ul><li>Assist in conceptualizing and executing mall events, seasonal activities, brand activations, and on-ground promotions.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, stall holders, brands, decorators, and technical teams for smooth event execution.</li><li>Ensure on-site event management, crowd coordination, branding placement, and compliance with timelines.</li><li>Support in post-event reporting including visuals, feedback, and performance summaries.</li></ul>Digital &amp; General Marketing Support<ul><li>Support the marketing team in content execution for social media, promotions, and campaigns.</li><li>Assist with basic coordination for photoshoots, reels, and on-ground content creation during events.</li><li>Help maintain marketing calendars, databases, and campaign trackers.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
