Assistant Manager IT

Key Responsibilities:

• Server Management: Maintain and configure Windows Server 2022 management and system administration.
• Amusement Networking: Ensure seamless connectivity for Game Readers and servers.
• Network Infrastructure: Full management of Static IP configurations, VPN, and Access Points (APs) to ensure 100% Wi-Fi coverage and stability for all devices.
• IP Telephony & Surveillance: Configure and troubleshoot IP-based Telephone Exchange and CCTV systems.
• Office IT Support: Manage network printers, LAN, and provide hardware/software support for office operations.
• Networking Expertise: Strong knowledge in Routing, Switching on Mikrotik, and Wi-Fi management.
• Static IP Management: Proven experience in handling Static IP configurations.
• Security Systems: Familiarity with IP PBX / VOIP, access control, and attendance machines.
• Troubleshooting: Ability to handle real-time network troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support and network administration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple IT systems simultaneously.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
