Practice Details :
<ul><li>5 Fully equipped Sleep Suites
</li></ul><ul><li>Dedicated referral base from over 30 Primary Care Clinics
</li></ul><ul><li>12-20 patients seen per day
</li></ul><ul><li>Two Board Certified Physicians and two Dedicated Nurse Practitioners
</li></ul><ul><li>Provider-shared pool of over 2200 sleep study reads per year
</li></ul><ul><li>Utilization of WatchPAT Home Sleep Study Devices
</li></ul><ul><li>Regional outreach 2-4 days per month
</li></ul><ul><li>Teaching opportunities available through the Medical College of Wisconsin&rsquo;s Green Bay campus
