</li></ul>About the Role:
 
We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator with a strong background in Contracts, Revenue Cycle/Billing, and Epic systems to join our engaged and high-performing team. This role focuses on building contracts into Epic (Electronic Medical Records system) and ensuring accurate contract administration and billing compliance. You will work closely with specialized teams, leveraging your knowledge of Epic, contract management, coding, and billing to optimize contract builds and reporting. This is purposeful work that directly impacts financial accuracy and operational efficiency across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Build and maintain contracts within the Epic system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with fee schedules and billing requirements.
</li><li>Collaborate with IT, Revenue Cycle, and coding teams to identify and resolve issues related to contract builds and automation.
</li><li>Run and analyze reports in Epic to monitor contract performance and billing accuracy, including identifying downcoding or payment discrepancies.
</li><li>Lead contract review, negotiation support, and administration with minimal supervision, acting as a resource for contract language and interpretation.
</li><li>Manage the Contract Management Database as a content and application expert, working closely with Information Systems to ensure data integrity.
</li><li>Support contract compliance monitoring and provide analytical data on contract performance.
</li><li>Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to contract services and revenue cycle processes.
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Legal, or related field required.
</li><li>3-5 years of experience in business and contract management, including direct negotiations with business clients.
</li><li>Strong knowledge of Epic systems is highly preferred; willingness to learn and be trained by experienced team members.
</li><li>Familiarity with revenue cycle, coding, billing, and contract compliance.
</li><li>Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
</li><li>Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects.
</li><li>Master&rsquo;s degree, Juris Doctor (JD), or Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) certification is a plus.

As a Scrum Master, you'll be the catalyst for success, empowering teams to:

</h4><ul><li>Serve up new, IT focused Agile solution teams using advanced concepts and tools.
</li><li>Perform the role of Scrum Master as defined in the 2020 Scrum Guide TM.
 </li><li>Collaborate with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to grow within the role.
</li><li>Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
</li><li>Participate in and contribute to the Scrum Master Community of Practice.
 </li><li>Establish and communicate team-level metrics.
 </li><li>Support operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
 </li><li>Adheres to regular and predictable attendance.
 </li><li>Other duties as assigned.
</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualifications:
</h4><ul><li>Bachelor's degree: in a related field
</li><li>Certifications: Professional Scrum Master I (PSM-I) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
</li><li>At least 1 year of Agile development experience with at least 6 months in a formal Scrum Master role
</li><li>Experience working in an Agile work management tool such as Azure DevOps Boards (preferred), Jira, or Rally
</li><li>Experience designing and leading trainings and workshops
</li><li>Exceptional facilitation skills: Master the art of guiding productive discussions, resolving c onflicts, and fostering team dynamics.
</li><li>Agile mindset: Embrace transparency, continuous improvement, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
</li><li>Remote Eligible Position: Will consider remote options for those who reside in WI, MN, or IA only.
</li><li>**Note we have varying levels of Scrum Masters and could potentially higher at a more senior level given candidate experience

In this role, you will warmly greet and assist patients, family members, and visitors while helping them navigate the hospital and clinic. You&rsquo;ll play an important part in creating a welcoming, supportive, and positive experience for everyone who enters our facilities.
What's Available:
<ul><li>0. 8FTE (64 hours bi-weekly)
</li><li>Starting pay of $16.11+ more for experience!
</li><li>Monday through Friday between 7:00am - 4:00 pm; weekend rotation (approximately every 7 weeks); holiday rotation

</h2><ul><li>Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, directing, escorting, and assisting patients, visitors, and families throughout the hospital and clinic.
</li><li>Assist patients with wheelchair use, transport, and wayfinding while ensuring safety
</li><li>Support check‑in processes for visitors and vendors and respond to customer questions, concerns, or needs using appropriate resources.
</li><li>Maintain clean, clutter‑free entrances and notify Environmental Services or Security when additional support is needed.
</li><li>Perform a variety of clerical duties, including basic computer use, paging, phone skills, and data entry for tracking logs and reports.
