 Overview The Kitchen Designer/Estimator is responsible for creating functional, aesthetically appealing kitchen designs while providing accurate cost estimates for cabinetry, countertops, hardware, and related materials. This role blends creativity with technical precision, ensuring clients receive designs that meet their needs, budget, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities: &bull; Develop detailed kitchen layouts, custom cabinetry, and millwork designs based on client requirements, site conditions, and project budgets. &bull; Conduct client consultations to understand functional needs, style preferences, and material selections. &bull; Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle requirements. &bull; Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and ergonomic best practices. &bull; Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for cabinetry, millwork, countertops, hardware, finishes and installation. &bull; Interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and site measurements. &bull; Generate quotes, proposals, and revisions based on client feedback. &bull; Collaborate with vendors to obtain pricing and product availability. &bull; Work closely with project managers to ensure design intent is executed. &bull; Manage update estimates as needed. &bull; Guide clients through the design and selection process with professionalism and expertise. &bull; Present design concepts and revisions in a clear, engaging manner. &bull; Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on quality, budget, and style. Qualifications: &bull; Experience in kitchen or interior design, cabinetry, or related field. &bull; Strong proficiency in CAD design software (AutoCAD, 2020, Cabinet Vision, or similar). &bull; Strong understanding of construction terminology and measurement techniques. &bull; Excellent communication and customer service skills. &bull; Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. &bull; Experience working with custom cabinetry lines. &bull; Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and finishes.  We are seeking a
 
 Shipping &amp; Receiving Manager
 
 to oversee all inbound and outbound logistics operations. This individual will lead daily dock activity, manage freight flow, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive efficient order fulfillment.
 
 
 This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Shipping Operations

 Oversee all outbound shipments (parcel, LTL, FTL)

 Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time

 Receiving Operations

 Manage inbound freight and vendor deliveries

 Verify shipment accuracy and inspect for damage

 Resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate system records

 Oversee staging, labeling, and put-away processes

 Qualifications

 3+ years of shipping &amp; receiving experience
 </li>
 <li>
 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of freight, parcel shipping, and dock operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with warehouse or shipping systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 </ul>

 Experience in high-volume distribution or fulfillment environments
