Location - Miraroad - Mumbai (Immediate Joiner's preferred)JOB Description of Sr HR Executive/ HR Manager<ul><li>Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.</li><li>Manage the recruitment and selection process.</li><li>Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training &amp; development initiatives.</li><li>Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.</li><li>Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of Team.</li><li>Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and processes.</li><li>Nurture a positive working environment.</li><li>Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.</li><li>Administer compensation and benefit plans.</li><li>Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training &amp; development initiatives.</li><li>Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.</li><li>Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.</li><li>Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.</li><li>Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labour regulations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;15,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Payroll: 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>HR: 4 years (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 4 years (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Professional in Human Resources&reg; (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
