Grow your bag.Let&rsquo;s make waves in the Garden State.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and prospect new clients within the assigned territory.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers.</li><li>Understand customer needs and offer suitable product solutions.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.</li><li>Provide product education and training to customers as needed.</li><li>Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis.</li><li>Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Must be 21+ years old</li><li>Proven sales experience in the cannabis industry, preferably in wholesale or distribution.</li><li>Strong understanding of cannabis products, NJ regulations, and market dynamics.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Ability to travel the State of New Jersey.</li><li>Valid driver's license with clean driving record</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
