We’re Hiring a Cannabis Sales Superstar! Emunio Logistics is rewriting what a high-functioning, bad-ass cannabis distribution company looks like. From delivery to storage, top-tier brands to wholesale, we literally do it all — and we do it with passion, integrity, and hustle. We’re growing fast and looking for a Sales Rep / Brand Ambassador / Influencer to join our New Jersey team.   • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout NJ.

Compensation: $16-18/hr + 3% commission + gas mileage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new clients within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable product solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Provide product education and training to customers as needed.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21+ years old
  • Proven sales experience in the cannabis industry, preferably in wholesale or distribution.
  • Strong understanding of cannabis products, NJ regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Ability to travel the State of New Jersey.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Metrc experience a plus
  • Background check required

Compensation:

- Base Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

- 3% Sales Commission on all product and service sales
