We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Content Creator &amp; Brand Strategist to elevate our tequila brand&rsquo;s digital presence. This role requires a strong blend of creative direction as well as some content production, The ideal candidate will produce, and optimize engaging content that reflects our brand&rsquo;s identity, luxury positioning, and growth goals.*****THIS IS NOT A REMOTE JOB, THIS IS AN OFFICE JOB, OUR OFFICE IS LOCATED IN AZUSA, CA, 91702****What We&rsquo;re Looking ForWe want someone who doesn&rsquo;t just post content &mdash; we want someone who builds brand presence, drives engagement, and understands how to turn creative ideas into measurable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Ideation &amp; Production<ul><li>Develop innovative content ideas aligned with our brand vision and target audience.</li><li>Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Know what current trends are trending at the present moment.</li><li>Create engaging short-form and long-form video content (Reels, Stories, TikTok-style content, etc.).</li><li>Maintain a consistent visual and storytelling standard that reflects our brand&rsquo;s identity.</li></ul>Strategy &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with content creation and posting.</li><li>Track and evaluate content performance using analytics tools (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.).</li><li>Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.</li><li>Optimize content strategy based on engagement data, reach, and conversion metrics.</li></ul>Trend Monitoring &amp; Brand Alignment<ul><li>Monitor current social media trends, viral formats, and industry movements.</li><li>Adapt relevant trends to align with our brand voice and luxury positioning.</li><li>Ensure all content maintains brand consistency across platforms.</li><li>Stay updated on beverage, nightlife, and lifestyle marketing trends.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a content creator, social media strategist, or digital marketing specialist.</li><li>Proficiency in editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, etc.).</li><li>Understanding of analytics, KPIs, and performance tracking.</li><li>Strong creative direction and storytelling ability.</li><li>Experience working with lifestyle, luxury, or beverage brands is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work independently and execute ideas from concept to final delivery.</li></ul>Key Skills<ul><li>Creative vision &amp; brand storytelling</li><li>Social media growth strategy</li><li>Trend forecasting</li><li>Performance analysis</li><li>Time management &amp; organization</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
