Social Media Content Creator

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Content Creator & Brand Strategist to elevate our tequila brand’s digital presence. This role requires a strong blend of creative direction as well as some content production, The ideal candidate will produce, and optimize engaging content that reflects our brand’s identity, luxury positioning, and growth goals.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who doesn’t just post content — we want someone who builds brand presence, drives engagement, and understands how to turn creative ideas into measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Ideation & Production

  • Develop innovative content ideas aligned with our brand vision and target audience.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
  • Know what current trends are trending at the present moment.
  • Create engaging short-form and long-form video content (Reels, Stories, TikTok-style content, etc.).
  • Maintain a consistent visual and storytelling standard that reflects our brand’s identity.

Strategy & Analytics

  • Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with content creation and posting.
  • Track and evaluate content performance using analytics tools (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
  • Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Optimize content strategy based on engagement data, reach, and conversion metrics.

Trend Monitoring & Brand Alignment

  • Monitor current social media trends, viral formats, and industry movements.
  • Adapt relevant trends to align with our brand voice and luxury positioning.
  • Ensure all content maintains brand consistency across platforms.
  • Stay updated on beverage, nightlife, and lifestyle marketing trends.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a content creator, social media strategist, or digital marketing specialist.
  • Proficiency in editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, etc.).
  • Understanding of analytics, KPIs, and performance tracking.
  • Strong creative direction and storytelling ability.
  • Experience working with lifestyle, luxury, or beverage brands is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and execute ideas from concept to final delivery.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
