Social Media & Content Marketing Manager

We are looking for a motivated and creative Social Media & Content

Marketing Manager to take ownership of our brand presence across all platforms. This role is responsible for building, growing, and maintaining our social media presence while promoting our products, deals, and in-store experience.
This is not just a posting role. We are looking for someone who can bring ideas to the table, execute them, and consistently deliver content that drives engagement and business growth.
Responsibilities:

•Plan, create, and post content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
•Develop and execute content strategies that grow followers and engagement
•Promote in-store deals, products, and events through social media
•Film and appear in content when needed (must be comfortable on camera)
•Stay consistent with posting and brand messaging
•Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns and ideas
•Monitor performance and adjust strategies based on results
•Work closely with management to align content with business goals

-Consistency and reliability in posting and execution
-Strong creativity and ability to come up with original ideas
-Someone who takes initiative and can turn ideas into action
-Comfortable being on camera and creating engaging content
-Understanding of current social media trends
-Ability to move fast and adapt when needed
-Passion for building a brand and growing a business

Bonus (Not Required):
-Experience managing business social media accounts
-Basic video editing skills (CapCut, etc.)
Experience running promotions or marketing campaigns
