EnJay Property Maintenance, a locally-owned lawn care and snow removal business based in Lakeville, is seeking reliable and hard-working Lawn Care Technicians to join our team. Serving commercial clients, we offer competitive pay based on your experience. While prior experience is a plus, we value a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, and we&rsquo;re ready to provide training. This is a year-round position, with lawn care in the warmer months and snow removal during the winter season.As a Lawn Care Technician, your days will be filled with various tasks, including:<ul><li>Operating zero-turn and walk-behind lawnmowers for that perfect cut.</li><li>Tackling weeds and stray grass with some weed whipping/pulling.</li><li>Edging walkways to give them that neat finish.</li><li>Giving shrubs a nice trim to keep them in shape.</li><li>Using a backpack blower to clear leaves and debris.</li><li>Helping with Fall and Spring Clean-ups to keep everything tidy.</li><li>Other duties, as needed</li></ul>When the snow begins to fall, our Snow Removal duties kick in, where you'll get hands-on with equipment like:<ul><li>Pickups equipped with plows or salters to clear the way.</li><li>Snowblowers to power through layers of snow.</li><li>Skid steers for heavy-duty snow removal.</li><li>Good old-fashioned shoveling when needed.</li></ul>Here&rsquo;s what we need from you:<ul><li>An eye for detail when it comes to maintenance work.</li><li>Reliable transportation to reach our equipment yard in Lakeville on time. We've got the trucks to take you to and from work sites.</li><li>Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions (safety is our priority, and we'll pull crews during extreme heat or cold).</li><li>You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.</li><li>Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.</li><li>Experience is a plus, but remember, we're willing to train the right person.</li></ul>During spring, summer, and fall, typical hours are Monday to Thursday, 7 am to 5 pm, with Fridays being a flexible day in case weather decides to mess up the schedule earlier in the week. You'll have Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day off.
