This onsite role requires full presence in Commerce, GA.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, forecast staffing needs, and scale the team for growth.</li><li>Talent Acquisition &amp; Development: Manage full-cycle recruiting, from job descriptions to onboarding. Create training programs to build skills and advance careers.</li><li>Employee Relations &amp; Engagement: Address grievances, disputes, and performance issues with empathy and authority. Implement initiatives to increase job satisfaction.</li><li>Compensation &amp; Benefits: Design competitive packages, including health benefits,</li><li>Optimize budgets for maximum return on people investments.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Risk Management: Ensure adherence to federal and state laws (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC). Conduct audits and maintain secure records.</li><li>Team Building: Lead and mentor the HR team, promoting collaboration. Provide data-driven insights to executives on retention, diversity, and culture.</li><li>Metrics &amp; Innovation: Monitor KPIs such as retention and engagement using HRIS systems. Introduce efficient technologies and processes.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Education &amp; Experience: Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business, or related field (Master's or SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred). 7+ years in HR leadership, including</li><li>Experience in manufacturing/distribution/logistics preferred.</li><li>Skills:Strong communication in verbal, written, and negotiation contexts.</li><li>Proficient in data analysis with Excel and analytics tools.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills for building trust and resolving conflicts.</li><li>Highly organized to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of labor laws, particularly Georgia regulations.</li><li>Personal Fit: Resilient, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced onsite environment.
