We&rsquo;re looking for a Junior Business Analyst to help us improve how our business runs day-to-day by working at the intersection of operations, data, and technology. What You&rsquo;ll Do You&rsquo;ll play a hands-on role in improving how our teams operate by supporting systems, processes, and data across the organization. This is a Connecticut based role, no relocation offered. Analyze &amp; Improve Processes Evaluate current workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement Document and map business processes across service, install, sales, and accounting Help implement improvements that make work faster, easier, and more accurate Support Core Business Systems Provide day-to-day support for platforms like ServiceTitan (preferred experience) Troubleshoot user issues and help resolve system-related challenges Assist with testing and rollout of new features and system updates Work with Data &amp; Reporting Build and maintain reports using Excel and Power BI Support KPI tracking and operational reporting for leadership Perform data validation and cleanup to ensure accuracy across systems Partner with Operations Work closely with technicians, dispatchers, and managers to understand real-world challenges Help ensure accurate setup and use of work orders, estimates, and invoices Support improvements that enhance both employee and customer experience Support Projects &amp; Change Initiatives Assist with system improvements, integrations, and process changes Help track progress and support execution of key initiatives Contribute to training and documentation for new processes Requirements: Required Skills &amp; Experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills&mdash;comfortable working with both office and field teams Proficiency in: Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, organization) Power BI (or strong interest in learning) PowerPoint (presenting insights clearly) Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service/ERP platforms Exposure to CRM or financial systems (Salesforce, Sage Intacct, etc.) Experience with process mapping or workflow tools Familiarity with automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier) Why This Role is Different You won&rsquo;t just build reports&mdash;you&rsquo;ll help fix real operational problems You&rsquo;ll work directly with the field and leadership, not just behind a desk Your work will impact everything from job execution to financial accuracy You&rsquo;ll gain hands-on experience with systems, data, and process improvement What Success Looks Like Cleaner, more reliable data across systems More efficient workflows for field and office teams Better reporting and visibility for leadership Fewer errors impacting payroll, job costing, and customer experience Compensation &amp; Benefits $27-$30/hr Eligibility Requirements: <ul><li>Employment/education will be verified.</li></ul><ul><li>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.</li></ul><ul><li>Encon is a drug free workplace and requires post-offer pre-employment drug testing.</li></ul>Our Culture At ENCON, we operate with a simple mindset: Excellence, Not Excuses.
