Position Summary
We&rsquo;re looking for a hands-on, creative, and analytical Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across our Northeast HVAC operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves&mdash;designing campaigns, analyzing data, and bringing fresh ideas to life. The Regional Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategies that strengthen brand presence, drive qualified leads, and support growth across multiple HVAC companies within the region.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute regional marketing plans that align with sales and hiring goals and brand strategy.</li><li>Conceptualize, design, and produce marketing collateral (digital and print) using in-house tools or Adobe/Canva.</li><li>Manage integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.</li><li>Partner with sales and operations to launch promotions, trade programs, and regional initiatives.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance metrics and report on ROI, conversion rates, and lead quality.</li><li>Maintain regional website pages and ensure local SEO optimization.</li><li>Coordinate trade show presence, sponsorships, and community engagement events.</li><li>Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships to maximize impact.</li><li>Serve as the brand guardian for all companies in the region, ensuring consistency and quality.</li><li>Stay current on HVAC and construction market trends, competitive activity, and trade events.</li><li>Experience using AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms to optimize campaigns and content creation</li><li>Data-Driven Decision Making-Advanced skills in marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar) and AI-based reporting tools.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration-Work closely with IT and operations to integrate marketing automation into business workflows.</li><li>Innovation &amp; Continuous Improvement-Stay ahead of emerging technologies in marketing automation and AI to maintain competitive advantage.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Brand Governance-Ensure AI-generated content adheres to brand standards and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of marketing experience,</li><li>Experience within the HVAC, construction, or skilled-trades industries.</li><li>Strong design and layout capabilities (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).</li><li>Proven ability to develop and execute creative marketing ideas end-to-end.</li><li>Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and campaign optimization.</li><li>Excellent communication and project management skills.</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently and travel regionally.</li><li>Experience managing budgets and external vendors or agencies.</li></ul>
