What You&rsquo;ll Do
In this senior-level role, you will be a key contributor to the performance, reliability, and success of our commercial VRF systems. Your responsibilities include:
<ul><li>Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing commercial VRF HVAC systems
</li><li>Communicating clearly and professionally with customers to build trust and satisfaction
</li><li>Managing service documentation, parts procurement, and job schedules
</li><li>Leading VRF remediation and system optimization efforts
</li><li>Mentoring junior technicians and supporting field development
</li><li>Partnering with the service team to refine best practices and performance strategies
</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For
<ul><li>5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
</li><li>Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, diagnostics, and modern control systems
</li><li>VRF experience strongly preferred &mdash; training provided for motivated technicians
</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
</li><li>Commitment to continuous learning and technical mastery
</li><li>Team-oriented mindset with high standards for workmanship
