What You’ll Do

In this senior-level role, you will be a key contributor to the performance, reliability, and success of our commercial VRF systems. Your responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing commercial VRF HVAC systems
• Communicating clearly and professionally with customers to build trust and satisfaction
• Managing service documentation, parts procurement, and job schedules
• Leading VRF remediation and system optimization efforts
• Mentoring junior technicians and supporting field development
• Partnering with the service team to refine best practices and performance strategies

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, diagnostics, and modern control systems
• VRF experience strongly preferred — training provided for motivated technicians
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and technical mastery
• Team-oriented mindset with high standards for workmanship
