We are seeking a dynamic Export Sales &amp; Logistics Executive to handle international sales activities and manage export logistics operations.Qualification:-Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Logistics, or related fieldExperience:- 3 year to 5 yearSales Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and manage export sales in international markets</li><li>Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business</li><li>Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and invoices</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support</li><li>Maintain accurate sales records and reports</li></ul>Logistics Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate shipment, transportation, and delivery of goods</li><li>Prepare and manage export documentation, including:</li><li>Commercial Invoice</li><li>Packing List</li><li>Bill of Lading / Airway Bill</li><li>Certificate of Origin</li><li>Shipping Instructions</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams</li><li>Prepare and manage shipping documents (delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, etc.)</li><li>Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and vendors</li><li>Track shipments and resolve delivery issues</li><li>Ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics regulations</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.)</li><li>Understanding of export documentation and customs procedures</li><li>Strong communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and email communication</li></ul>Preferred Qualities<ul><li>Customer-focused attitude</li><li>Experience dealing with freight forwarders and customs clearance</li><li>Knowledge of international payment terms (LC, TT, DP, DA)</li><li>Problem-solving and coordination skills</li><li>Attention to detail and time management</li></ul>Interested candidate can share their CV on hr.admin@encorenaturalpolymers.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Sales & Logistics Executive
