Sales & Logistics Executive

We "Encore Natural Polymers Pvt Ltd '' are the leading Manufacturer in the Chemical Industry. We have our Manufacturing plant in Naroda GIDC area, And Headquarter in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We are seeking a dynamic Export Sales & Logistics Executive to handle international sales activities and manage export logistics operations.

Qualification:-Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Logistics, or related field

Experience:- 3 year to 5 year

Sales Responsibilities

• Develop and manage export sales in international markets
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and invoices
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Logistics Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment, transportation, and delivery of goods
• Prepare and manage export documentation, including:
• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
• Certificate of Origin
• Shipping Instructions
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams
• Prepare and manage shipping documents (delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
• Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and vendors
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics regulations

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.)
• Understanding of export documentation and customs procedures
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication

Preferred Qualities

• Customer-focused attitude
• Experience dealing with freight forwarders and customs clearance
• Knowledge of international payment terms (LC, TT, DP, DA)
• Problem-solving and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and time management
