We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter for a 6-month contract to support our talent acquisition efforts. The role involves end-to-end recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, screening, coordination, and employer branding support.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in full-cycle recruitment for internships and junior-to-mid-level roles</li><li>Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media</li><li>Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews</li><li>Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers</li><li>Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers</li><li>Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities</li><li>Assist in employer branding and job posting activities</li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Familiarity with LinkedIn and online job portals</li><li>Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Its onsite role night shift 7 pm 4am ?</li><li>Its in Bahria phase 7 RWP onsite?</li><li>Salary mentioned in add is final ?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
