We are seeking a strategic and people-focused People Operations Manager to lead and optimize our employee lifecycle processes. This role will be responsible for driving employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and building a strong company culture aligned with our business goals.Key Responsibilities1️ Talent &amp; Workforce Management<ul><li>Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers on workforce planning</li><li>Improve employer branding and talent retention strategies</li></ul>2️ Employee Experience &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Lead employee engagement initiatives</li><li>Design recognition and retention programs</li><li>Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues</li></ul>3️ HR Operations &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Develop and implement HR policies and procedures</li><li>Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation</li></ul>4️ Performance &amp; Development<ul><li>Manage performance appraisal systems</li><li>Support leadership development and training programs</li><li>Drive continuous feedback culture</li></ul>5️ Payroll &amp; Benefits Administration<ul><li>Oversee payroll processing and benefits management</li><li>Manage compensation structures and salary benchmarking</li></ul>6️ HR Systems &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Manage HRIS and people analytics</li><li>Prepare HR dashboards and reports for leadership</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred)</li><li>5+ years of experience in HR / People Operations</li><li>Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices</li><li>Experience with HRIS systems</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills</li><li>High level of confidentiality and integrity</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability</li><li>Data-driven decision-making</li><li>Change management experience</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li></ul>Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Its onsite role night shift Bahria phase 7 RWP comfortable?</li><li>Prior experience in HR domain?</li><li>Current salary PKR?</li><li>Expected Salary PKR?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li> in HR only: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
