People Operations Specialist (HR)Onsite role

We are seeking an experienced People and HR Specialist to lead and manage core human resources functions, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. The role requires strategic thinking along with strong execution skills to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

Lead recruitment and talent acquisition for senior and critical roles

Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes

Oversee performance management systems and annual appraisal cycles

Design and implement training & development programs

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives

Partner with leadership on organizational planning and change management

Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
